Shipping & Delivery

Most of our jewelry is handmade to order and will ship within 2-5 business days upon placing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive notification along with tracking info. Please note, most of our domestic (US) shipments are shipped First Class via USPS.  If you need your order expedited, please select the Express option. Please note that even though you have selected "Express", your order does not ship the same day.  Please note that all expedited shipments will have an additional charge. If your purchase is a gift and you want to send a note with the shipment, please email us and we will be happy to assist you further.  Please note, orders delivered with a signature confirmation cannot be claimed as lost or stolen. 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at  info@shopbijouterie.com with your first name, last name, date of order and order (transaction) number, items that you are requesting to be returned as well as the reason for return. Once your items are received and inspected, we will issue you a refund you within 2-3 business days. Please note that refunds will post to your account within 3-4 business days.

 

All items returned must be unworn and in originally packaging. We will gladly accept unworn items as a return up to 7 days upon delivery. Please note, shipping costs are not refundable.

 

In a rare case that your item is damaged during transit, you will be asked to return the item back to us for repair.  Please email us with your name, telephone number, and items damaged and a customer service rep will get back to you within 24 hours.

 

In a rare case that your item has been stolen from your mailbox/doorstep, we will re-ship you your items and will file a claim with FedEx, we encourage you to file a police report should you be a victim of theft.

 

International Orders 

Most of our jewelry is handmade and usually will take 2-5 business days to process upon shipping. We currently ship internationally to worldwide via USPS (First Class), which usually takes between 10-14 business days in transit upon shipping. Our estimated delivery time is not always exact and your order may take longer than stated.  If you need your order expedited, please choose the " international express option". Please note, international first class/ground shipments do not provide tracking.  
  • Payment for International Orders
We highly suggest checking out using PayPal (there is credit card option to check out) if you are placing an international order.  This is also recommended if your billing and shipping address do not match for your international order.  Once you have successfully paid for your order, you will receive an email confirmation with an order number/invoice. Please keep this for your records. Please contact us info@shopbijouterie.com  if you need further assistance with placing your order.
 
  • International Shipping - Terms & Conditions:
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order.

To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail. 
These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Conditions of Use of the Bijouterie website. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States.

If you refuse a shipment from Bijouterie, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Bijouterie. Sizes/Measurements
 

  • Bracelets:
Typically our stretch bracelets are measured at 6" all around. If you wish to have us custom make them smaller/bigger for you please send us a request. Please note that not all bracelets can be custom. Please note additional charges may apply.
  • Necklaces:
We offer necklaces with a variety of lengths. Please see diagram below for a more accurate measurement upon placing your order:





  • Rings:

Most of our rings are sized, 6-9 or are one size/adjustable. 



Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorize Shopbop to designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees for such item.
"Import Fees Deposit" represents an estimate of the Import Fees that will be levied on the items in your order for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. By placing your order and selecting Shopbop Global, you agree to allow Shopbop to collect the Import Fees Deposit for the applicable items in your order. The deposit will be used, on your behalf, to reimburse the Designated Carriers for the import fees that they have paid on your behalf to the appropriate authorities of the destination country. 

You further agree that the Designated Carriers may disclose to Shopbop the amount of actual Import Fees levied on the item you have purchased from Shopbop ("Actual Import Fees"). In the event that the Import Fees Deposit collected exceeds the Actual Import Fees, Shopbop will refund the difference to you.
